I've built several web businesses and communities now, working with hundreds of clients, thousands of customers, and hundreds of thousands of users over the span of my career. I have experience with everything it takes to create and run a successful web business, from scratch to completion to maintenance. Experience: WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, web design, graphic design, logo design, video/audio editing, SEO, marketing, social media, security, programming, research, writing, editing, building products and services, customer support, and much more.
How it Works
TL;DR: It works just like a Netflix subscription.
- #1 Email: Email me to discuss your needs and find the price that's right for you ($50/week is the minimum).
- #2 Payment: I'll send you a subscription link (PayPal or card) for automatic billing.
- #3 Tasks: While you have an active subscription, I'm your go-to web guy, and you can email me anytime to complete a task or provide advice.
- #4 Cancel: While most clients stay with me for years, there are no contracts or long-term commitments. You can simply cancel at any time.
Every client uses my subscription service a little differently, but I'll give you some practical examples. Some clients merely keep me on standby if/when they need help with something for peace of mind, sort of like insurance. Some email me whenever they receive a suspicious email or want me to research something. Some never speak to me at all, but I do monthly maintenance on their websites and servers. Some have me as their right-hand man or silent partner almost daily, assisting them with their various projects. I'm super flexible and highly experienced, so many clients just naturally utilize my service in whatever way happens organically.
